The use of CWSRF and the DWSRF funds will be subject to the following authorities:

005.02 Civil Rights Act of 1964, PL 88-352.
005.03Section 13 of PL 92-500; Prohibition against sex discrimination under the Federal Water Pollution Control Act.
005.04 Rehabilitation Act of 1973, PL 93-112.
