If a loan recipient receives any. loan or grant from the CWSRF or DWSRF for facility planning, design, and/or construction and subsequently receives funding from any other funding source for any of these costs, the recipient will promptly repay the loan or grant issued by the Department to the extent these costs are covered by other funding.
