Hazardous wastes that are recycled are subject to the requirements for generators, transporters, and storage facilities of Sections 004 through 006 of this except for the materials listed in Sections 002 and 003 of this . Hazardous wastes that are recycled will be known as "recyclable materials." Certain hazardous wastes as defined by Title 128, 25 may be managed under the universal waste requirements of 25.
