A hazardous waste which is identified by a characteristic in Sections 007 through 010 of this Chapter is assigned every DEQ/EPA Hazardous Waste Number that is applicable as set forth in Sections 007 through 010 of this Chapter. This number must be used in complying with Chapter 4, and recordkeeping and reporting requirements under this Title.

006.01 For the purposes of Sections 005 through 010 of this Chapter, the Director will consider a sample obtained using any of the applicable sampling methods specified in Appendix I of 40 CFR Part 261, which are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference, to be a representative sample within the meaning of Chapter 1.
