038.01 The owner or operator of a destination facility (as defined in 008 of this chapter) is subject to all applicable requirements of Title 128, Chapters 7, and 12 through 24, and the notification requirements of Title 128, Chapter 4.038.02 The owner or operator of a destination facility that recycles a particular universal waste without storing that universal waste before it is recycled must comply with Title 128, Chapter 7, 006.128 Neb.
