A solid waste which is not excluded from regulation under Section 004 of this Chapter becomes a hazardous waste when any of the following events occur:
005.01 In the case of a waste listed in Chapter 3, 013 through 018 when the waste first meets the listing description specified in Chapter 3, 011 through 018.005.02 In the case of a mixture of solid waste and one or more listed hazardous wastes, when a hazardous waste listed in Chapter 3, 013 through 018 is first added to the solid waste.005.03 In the case of any other waste (including a waste mixture), when the waste exhibits any of the characteristics identified in Chapter 3, 005 through 010.128 Neb.
