The permit may be terminated during its term or a renewal application may be denied in accordance with the conditions and requirements of 40 CFR 270.43, which are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference. If the Director tentatively decides to terminate a permit under this section, he or she shall issue a notice of intent to terminate. A notice of intent to terminate is a type of draft permit which follows the same procedures as any draft permit prepared under Section 002 of this chapter.
