Section 128-15-009 - Response to comments009.01 At the time that any final permit decision is issued, the Director shall issue a response to comments. This response shall:009.01A Specify which provisions, if any, of the draft permit have been changed in the final permit decision, and the reasons for the change; and009.01B Briefly describe and respond to all significant comments on the draft permit raised during the public comment period, or during any hearing.009.02 The response to comments shall be available to the public.128 Neb.
