Section 128-14-001

This Chapter establishes provisions for hazardous waste permits (as required by Chapter 12) with respect to standard conditions applicable to all permits, general facility conditions, specific facility conditions, recordkeeping and reporting requirements for monitoring results, schedules of compliance, and restrictive covenants for disposal permits.

001.01 All permit conditions shall be incorporated into the permit either expressly or by reference. If incorporated by reference, a specific citation to these regulations shall be stated in the permit.
