Section 128-1-128 - Tank

"Tank" means a stationary device, designed to contain an accumulation of hazardous waste which is constructed primarily of non-earthen materials (e.g., wood, concrete, steel, plastic) which provides structural support.

128.01 Whether the waste is amenable to the treatment process;
128.02 What pre-treatment (if any) is required;
128.03 The optimal process conditions needed to achieve the desired treatment;
128.04 The efficiency of a treatment process for a specific waste or wastes; or
128.05 The characteristics and volumes of residuals from a particular treatment process; or
128.06 For the purposes of Chapter 2, 012 and 013 to determine liner compatibility, corrosion, and other material compatibility studies and toxicological and health effect studies.
