"Small quantity generator" means a generator who generates in a calendar month a total quantity of hazardous waste greater than 100 kilograms and less than 1,000 kilograms, and accumulates no more than 6,000 kilograms of hazardous waste at any one time. If a small quantity generator also generates acute hazardous waste those acute hazardous wastes are subject to the exemptions and regulations of Chapter 9.
