Section 128-1-093 - Movement

"Movement" means that hazardous waste transported to a facility in an individual vehicle.

093.01 Control of combustion air to maintain adequate temperature for efficient combustion;

093.02 Containment of the combustion-reaction in an enclosed device to provide sufficient residence time and mixing for complete combustion; and

093.03 Control of emissions of the gaseous combustion products. (See also "incineration" and "thermal treatment.")
