"Large quantity generator" means a generator who generates in a calendar month, a total quantity of hazardous waste that is greater than or equal to 1000 kilograms. If a large quantity generator also generates acute hazardous waste, those acute hazardous wastes are subject to the exemptions and regulations of Chapter 10.
