Section 119-1-020 - Minor Municipal Wastewater Treatment Facility

"Minor Municipal Wastewater Treatment Facility" means a municipal wastewater treatment facility that has a design flow of less than 1 MGD (million gallons per day) or a service population of less than 10,000.
