The Building Division may recommend adoption of a more recent edition of the IECC or additional energy efficiency or renewable energy requirements appropriate to subject buildings. Updates or additional requirements will be prepared as amendments to these rules, and will become effective when adopted by the Energy Office after a public hearing.
