Fees for inspection, calibration, or repair shall not apply to a radiological instrument or kit owned by the Radiological Emergency Preparedness Division of the Nebraska Emergency Management Agency, except when a responsible agency has been issued a radiological instrument or kit, and, by agreement, has consented to be responsible for the replacement, repair, and calibration of the instrument or kit.
