Section 67-8-001 - SCOPE AND AUTHORITY001.01 This chapter establishes the fees for the calibration of radiological instruments by the Radiological Emergency Preparedness Division of the Nebraska Emergency Management Agency. The regulations are authorized by Neb. Stat. Rev. sections 71-3529 to 3536.001.02 Except as otherwise specifically provided, the rules and regulations in this chapter apply to any responsible agency which owns radiological instruments or has agreed to be responsible for the replacement, repair, or calibration of such instruments and desires the instrument or instruments be inspected and repaired or inspected and calibrated by the Radiological Emergency Preparedness Division of the Nebraska Emergency Management Agency.67 Neb.
