Section 97-6-010 - Hearings

Upon receipt of the petition bearing the requisite number of signatures as required by Nebraska Revised Statutes 1943, Section 72-205.03, the Board of Educational Lands and Funds shall appoint an examiner in accordance with Chapter 10, Section 002 et. seq.
