Fixed-Term Position means a position which, due to the funding source, has a predetermined duration of employment which is designated at the time of hire subject to the continuation and availability of funding. Fixed-term positions may be worked on a full-time or part-time schedule and are subject to all of the terms of this Title except the provisions of Chapter 12 of this Title.
