Deputy Commissioner means, unless otherwise indicated, an individual appointed to that position under Neb. Rev. Stat. § 79-318(3). Except in instances where the Deputy Commissioner is taking action as the immediate supervisor of an employee under this Title, whenever this Title provides that any Deputy Commissioner has the authority to act, the Commissioner likewise has the authority to do the same.
