Employees who are involuntarily relocated to another geographical location for the benefit of the Department, and newly hired employees, excluding temporary employees, may be reimbursed for certain ordinary, necessary, and reasonable moving expenses subject to the requirements of the Department of Administrative Services Accounting Manual and the prior written approval of the Commissioner. Reimbursement must be submitted to the Department's Accounting Section within sixty (60) days of the final day on which the expenses were incurred in accordance with Neb. Rev. Stat. § 81-1174 and Department procedures.
