All exhibits to be offered at a hearing shall be on 8 1/2 x 11 inch white paper, unless waived by the hearing officer.
In any proceeding where detailed or complicated exhibits are to be used, the hearing officer may require any petitioner to file copies of such exhibits or other necessary information within a specified time in advance of the hearing in order to enable the hearing officer to study same.
