Section 79-2301 to 79-2308 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska (R.R.S.) provides that the State Board of Education may adopt and promulgate rules and regulations to carry out the Diploma of High School Equivalency Assistance Act (Act).
Title 92, Nebraska Administrative Code, Chapter 81(92 NAC 81), contains regulations for the high school equivalency program.
