Compliance by school districts with the requirements of this Chapter is a condition of continuing accreditation under Title 92, Nebraska Administrative Code, Chapter 10, beginning the first full school year (July 1-June 30) following the effective date of this Chapter.
Compliance by ESUs with the requirements of this Chapter is a condition of continuing accreditation under Title 92, Nebraska Administrative Code, Chapter 84, beginning the first full school year (July 1-June 30) following the effective date of this Chapter.
