Section 92-26-008 - "Premier Quality Factor" Mentor Teacher Program Requirements for Quality Education Incentive Payments Under Section 79-758 R.R.SA local system will be found to have met the requirements for the Quality Education Incentive Payment program, pursuant to Section 79-758(3)(c) R.R.S. if the system meets one of the following requirements:
008.01 A local system, at the time of application for Quality Education Incentive Payments, has been determined by the Council as eligible for funding for the mentor teacher program under this Chapter; or,008.02 A local system has a mentor teacher program established by a district in the local system which is approved by the Board. In considering the granting of approval, the Board shall require that such a program include all the requirements of Sections 003 and 004 of the Chapter as determined by such information as the Department may require to be submitted by such systems.92 Neb.
