Section 68-8-002 - Proposed Changes in Department Rules by Petition002.01 Any person may petition the Director in writing requesting the promulgation of a new rule, or amendment, or repeal of any current Department rule.002.02 A petition to adopt, amend or repeal a rule shall be in writing. It shall be sent to the Director of the Department of Correctional Services by U.S. Mail.
