Section 68-1-003 - Notice to Inmates After an inmate is admitted to a facility, the inmate will receive written notice of the inmate's parole eligibility date and tentative release date.
003.01 When an inmate's parole eligibility date or tentative release date is changed, the inmate will be given written notice of the new tentative release date or parole eligibility date.003.02 An inmate's parole eligibility date or tentative release date can be changed as a result of a disciplinary action, a restoration of good time, a parole revocation, or a change in the law or the interpretation of the law.68 Neb.
