In all examinations in theory of barber practices, the identity of persons taking the same shall not be disclosed on the examination paper in such way as to enable the Board to know by whom it was written. In practical examinations, the identity of the candidate shall also be concealed as far as possible and the Board shall in every way endeavor to carry out the intent of these rules.
