Section 51-9-003 - BOARD TO FIX TIME FOR EXAMINATION

The regular sessions for the purpose of giving examinations shall be held at such times and places as the Board may fix, such examinations shall be held not less than four (4) times per year, and any other times the Board deems necessary.
