Section 51-4-003 - COMPLIANCE003.01 A barber shop must be under the supervision and management of a registered barber. If all or some of the barbers practicing in any barber shop are leasing space, the shop owner or a designated registered barber, if different from the shop owner, shall manage the overall shop premises.003.02 If a shop changes its designated barber manager, it must notify the Board office within thirty days, giving the name and certificate number of the new designated barber manager.003.03 If a shop changes its name, the licensee must notify the Board office within thirty (30) days.51 Neb.
