Section 49-6-014 - NEGOTIATED RULEMAKING COMMITTEE; TERMINATION

A negotiated rulemaking committee shall terminate upon the adoption of the final rule under consideration by the Department pursuant to the APA, unless the Department, after consulting the negotiated rulemaking committee, or the negotiated rulemaking committee itself sets an earlier termination date.
