Section 48-4-006 - WITHDRAWAL

A broker-dealer desiring to withdraw its registration as a broker-dealer pursuant to Section 8-1103(9)(d) of the Act shall file a Notice of Withdrawal from Registration as a Broker-Dealer ("Form BDW"), with the Director or with a registration depository system designated by the Director
