When agricultural, vegetable, or flower seed is sold in bulk or sold from bulk bins or containers, the seller may supply the purchaser with a printed or written statement in lieu of the attached label or tag. In addition, the printed or written statement shall contain all the required labeling information and caution or process statements required by the Nebraska Seed Law and these regulations promulgated thereunder. In such cases, the seller's liability for labeling and tagging shall cease upon delivery of the seed and written statement.
