Section 25-6-002 - Commercial Fertilizers and Soil Conditioners

There shall be paid to the Director of Agriculture for all commercial fertilizers and soil conditioners distributed in Nebraska to the ultimate user an inspection fee at the rate of ten cents (10¢) per ton.
