The Buffer Strip Act and these regulations shall be administered by the Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Plant Industry, located in the State Office Building, Fourth Floor, 301 Centennial Mall South, Lincoln, Nebraska. The mailing address is P.O. Box 94756, Lincoln, Nebraska 68509-4756. The telephone number is (402) 471-2394. The Department shall make available to the public, upon request, a map showing the location of buffer strips in each watershed.
