Section 25-3-003 - INSPECTION FEES003.01 Until January 1, 2022, the inspection fee is six cents per ton on ail commercial feed distributed in Nebraska which is not distributed in packages often pounds or less. The six-cent rate is due on the January 31, 2022 semi-annual statement that covers the period of July 1,2021 to December 31, 2021. On and after January 1, 2022, the inspection fee is six and one half cents per ton on all commercial feed distributed in Nebraska which is not distributed in packages of ten pounds or less and is due on the July 31, 2022 semi-annual statement,003.02 The annual fee for commercial feed distributed in packages of ten pounds or less is twenty-five dollars.25 Neb.
