9 C.F.R. Part 93 , CWD, poultry disease, scrapie and swine brucellosis program standards as they existed on January 1, 2020 are adopted and incorporated herein by reference so long as they do not conflict with the Animal Health or DCA Acts. If there is an inconsistency, the acts control. Copies are attached to these regulations on the department's website at https://nda.nebraska.gov/regulations/.
