These regulations are administered by the Nebraska Department of Agriculture pursuant to the Animal Health and Disease Control Act (Animal Health Act), Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 54-2901 to 2957 the Exotic Animal Auction or Exchange Venue Act (Exotic Auction Act), Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 54-7,105 to 7,109 and the Domesticated Cervine Animal Act (DCA Act), Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 54-2302 to 2324.
