Section 23-11-007 - Recordkeeping007.01 Each livestock dealer shall keep complete records of all business transactions concerning livestock handled by him. Such records shall contain the following information: 007.01A The names and addresses of all persons who have purchased, sold, consigned, or taken consignment of livestock;007.01B The dates of all purchases, sales and deliveries of livestock; and007.01C A description of the livestock.007.02 All records shall be kept for a period of at least two years.23 Neb.
