Section 23-10-001 - Statement of Purpose

The purpose of these regulations is to aid in carrying out the legislative intent and general purposes of those portions of the Nebraska Meat and Poultry Inspection Law (The "Act") applicable to rendering and pet feed manufacturing establishments.
