Section 8-1-005 - USE OF PERSONAL VEHICLE FOR OFFICIAL STATE BUSINESS005.01 Agency Head, or their designee, may approve the use of personal vehicles for official state business.005.02 Expenses related to the use of a privately-owned vehicles will only be reimbursed as authorized by Neb.
