Section 273-16-001 - CONFLICT OF INTEREST

Employees will follow the same process for identifying and disclosing conflicts of interests as outlined in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 49-1499.02(1), Nebraska Accountability and Disclosure Commission policy, and other policies or procedures specific to the employing agency.
