Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, hearing procedures before the State Personnel Board are governed by Title 10 NAC Ch. 20, § 004, which adopted the model "Rules of Practice and Procedure for Hearings in Contested Cases Before an Agency," Title 53 NAC Ch. 4. Both Title 10 NAC Ch. 20 and Title 53 NAC Ch. 4 are incorporated herein by this reference.
