Section 13-1-001 - DEFINITIONS

001.01BOARD. Means the State Claims Board.

001.02RISK MANAGER. Means Risk Manager of the State of Nebraska.

001.03ATTORNEY GENERAL. Means the Attorney General or his or her designee.
