Section 4-6-005 - AMENDMENTS TO APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION.01 Amending an application for registration as a lobbyist. The quarterly reports of the lobbyist, but not the principal, shall set forth changes or corrections to the information contained in the lobbyist's application for registration as a lobbyist so as to reflect the correctness of such information as of the end of the calendar quarter or other period for which such statement is required. Stat..01A This provision as it relates to the requirement of the lobbying registration that the lobbyist disclose the "amounts or sums given or to be given the lobbyist as compensation or reimbursement for lobbying" refers only to any changes in the terms and conditions of his or her agreement or contract for lobbying. It does not require the lobbyist to show an accumulation of such amounts or sums given per calendar quarter..01B This provision as it relates to names and addresses requires that the lobbyist shall provide notice using the electronic filing system established by the Clerk of the Legislature of any change in his or her address, the address of his or her principal, and of any change in the name of the official to whom the lobbyist is accountable and of any change in the names and addresses of the officers of the principal.4 Neb.
