This rule interprets the provisions of the Nebraska Political Accountability and Disclosure Act pertaining to Lobbying Practices as set forth in Sections 49-1480 to 49-1492.01, Neb. Rev. Stat. Its purpose is to define terms and delineate requirements for the registration of lobbyists, reporting of receipts and expenditures by principals and lobbyists, reporting legislation acted upon by lobbyists and record keeping.
