Rule 42.31.203 - OUT-OF-STATE WHOLESALERS(1) All out-of-state wholesalers meeting the conditions of "transacting business in this state" as provided in 35-1-1026, MCA, and all out-of-state wholesalers doing intrastate business within Montana, are subject to all of the provisions of Title 16, chapter 11, part 1, MCA, and these regulations as Montana wholesalers.Mont.
