Rule 42.22.115 - NOTIFICATION(1) On or before June 1 each year the department shall notify the centrally assessed companies of the appraisal report of their Montana properties.(2) If additional time is needed for filing reports or preparing for hearings, the department must receive the request prior to the due date if the extension request is to be considered.Mont.
