Rule 4.4.308 - REAPPRAISAL(1) In case of disagreement on any adjustment, the insured must ask for reappraisal within 10 days. The insured may at his option submit the matter to arbitration as provided in 80-2-243, MCA or sue the state board of hail insurance in the district court of the county where the loss occurred.
