Rule 4.12.401 - COMPLAINTS(1) A person with knowledge of a violation of Title 80, chapter 9, MCA, may file a complaint with the department.(2) Complaints should be in writing and signed and should provide details about the violation.(3) The department, upon receipt of a complaint, may proceed with an investigation; however, the lack of a signed and written complaint shall not preclude the department from investigating.
